Trisha Addicks is America's leading sorority rush coach and the pioneer of professional sorority recruitment coaching. As the nation's original Greek life consultant, she has garnered international media attention for her expertise in sorority rush preparation and helping build confidence in young women.
Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Trisha earned her degree from the University of Georgia, where she pledged Chi Omega sorority and met her future husband at a fraternity party, cementing her deep connection to Greek life culture.
After two decades of providing informal sorority rush coaching to hundreds of young women, Trisha officially launched her rush consulting business, "It's All Greek to Me," in 2017. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, her company specializes in sorority recruitment preparation, rush week coaching, and Greek life guidance for prospective sorority members nationwide.
Trisha hosts a weekly sorority rush podcast, MAD RUSH with Trisha Addicks, sharing insider tips on recruitment strategies and Greek life success and interviews guests from within and outside the Greek community. She does confidence coaching with individuals looking to build connections as well as speaking engagements. She's also authored a comprehensive guide to sorority rush preparation, THE RUSH BIBLE, set for publication by Simon & Schuster in May 2026.
