Meet the It’s all Greek to Me Directors

Caroline Bell

Caroline Pisani Bell graduated from East Carolina University in 1999 with degrees in Special Education and Psychology. She became a member of Chi Omega Fraternity in 1996. In addition to her involvement in several small businesses, she recently joined It’s All Greek to Me, bringing with her extensive expertise in sorority recruitment and Panhellenic life. Since 2017, Caroline has served as a sorority advisor at North Carolina State University, where she continues to act as the chapter’s co–primary advisor. She resides in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has two daughters - one a junior at East Carolina University and the other a freshman at the University of Mississippi—each forging her own path in different chapters. Having navigated this process as both a parent (in 2023 and 2025) and an active advisor, she offers a uniquely informed perspective to the It’s All Greek to Me team.
Caroline Clawson

Caroline Clawson graduated from The University of Alabama in 2017 with a degree in Finance and is a proud member of Chi Omega. In addition to her work with It’s All Greek To Me, Caroline works in sales and marketing, bringing a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to guiding families through the recruitment process. She has served as a mentor with It’s All Greek To Me for the past eight years and thoroughly enjoys building meaningful, lasting relationships with her clients and their families. Caroline loves the sister-like bond she forms with each family, often creating friendships that extend far beyond the formal recruitment process. She is excited to support Trisha with the operational side of the business and to help the continued growth of It’s All Greek To Me.
